Bobby Newell:
Bobby Newell is the driving force behind Junk Yard Dog®. Bobby has well over 40
years experience in the salvage business including recycling automobile parts
and scrap metal processing. He managed his dad's salvage yard in Beeville, TX as
early as 1969 while also attending Bee County Junior College just across the
highway. Bobby has owned two salvage yards and managed others in his career. He
founded JYD with the idea of allowing Internet visitors to locate a salvage yard
anywhere in the US even if the salvage yard didn't have an Internet presence. He
developed his own e-mail method allowing visitors a way to query many salvage
yards at once to locate parts.
Tony Federico:
Tony, although an outside contractor, has been instrumental in increasing the
functionality of Junk Yard Dog®. Tony, chief programmer of Scrubtheweb.com one
of the best search engines on the web, and Advanced Business Systems a
programming company. His programming skills have helped make JYD the number one
salvage industry site on the net. He is responsible for all of the CGI
programming on JYD. Thanks Tony.
